I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAM Technologies in May 2024
Interview
After a one hour culture fit interview they sent me home with a project that had 40+ hours of work to do in a Readme to work on and the contact information of one of the interviewers if I had questions. I worked on this project for around 8 hours to show I could complete each part of the project accurately. They said I was not a good fit because I did not contact the interviewer for clarification on the project even though the readme was very clear in what needed to be done.

There were no questions, it was a take home project I worked on to take a basic REST service, add an Angular frontend, unit tests, and expand on functionality.
