Phone Screen, then nothing for weeks, then finally invited in for panel interview. Took 2 months or maybe longer. A bunch of hooey...oh we want someone hired in by date X. If interviewing fourth quarter...DO NOT BELIEVE IT. Waste of time to interview between September and December 31 -- you won't be hired. Look at all the interviewees rejected late in the year. The job posts are not real....So give up....if you want a job...do it first quarter -- maybe second, that's it. They hire nobody in the end of the year and BASF is in the middle of a huge restructure and realignment making it even harder to get hired.

Interview
1, HR called from KL for initial screening with some whatsapp messages for quick confirmation.
2. 1st round in person with local Singapor direct boss and Overseas colleague(s) counter-party (joint online) who the role would work closely with.
3. 2nd and final round (online) with German Head of depart.
4. Offer stage.

Interview
Application form, telephone sift interview plus a face to interview with a panel. The process was smooth from start to finish, with the candidate kept informed of progress. The interview was free flowing, allowing the candidate the chance to express themselves outside of a tight line of specific questions.

Interview
It was friendly one compared to other company I have been worked with. Anyone would be happy to work with a structured company like BASF. Interview took almost 1:30 hours and person was extremely polite while taking the interview
