hiring event with 1-on-1 interviews first time. then a plant tour the second interview. you will interview after the tour and they will call you back if selected again. then you must pass a drug test and physical fitness test

Interview with Supervisor and a manager, in which they will ask you they usual range of interview questions. So if you have ever interviewed before you should be adequately prepared.
