Panel interview. S.T.A.R. Format. The interview lasted about 1 hour. Open for questions at the end of the interview. Make sure to ask good questions at the end. They have a book of questions they “have” to ask so interview can feel unnatural at times as they have to rifle through a binder of questions.

Interview
It took around 45 min to complete and there was combined into 1 round only with HR and direct manager’s interview at that time. However, as I know, the interview process has been changed after that.
