Gave me a tour of the building. Probed My intentions and my plans. Made sure that i was serious and a serious minded person. I felt comfortable. I had to demonstrate my teaching abilities in a class lesson.

Contacted through email to set up an in person or zoom meeting. A panel interview with Head of School and Dept Head and other teacher. Normal behavioral interview questions. The follow up was quick and within the promised timeline.
