Interview
The interview process was very easy. The branch manager was very understanding when I had to reschedule due to family emergency. There were two parts - one phone interview with a recruiter and the second part was in branch with the branch and assistant branch manager.
Relaxed but professional interview process. Hiring manager was incredibly informative. Expectations of the position seem very clear. I was offered a position but turned it down for another opportunity. Would absolutely recommend BB&T to a fellow job seeker!

Interview
Normal Interview. I enjoyed it. Met with a market leader to answer questions on the culture and what I would do in certain situations. Straight forward and honest interview. Gracious market leader.
Telephone interview about 10 minutes, then in person interview. Was called for second interview about 5 hours after, very laid back second interview with team leader. She was very nice and friendly, asked simple questions
