Interview
Basic interview questions. A lot of situational questions that required you to think of a scenario in which various things happened and how you handled it (hate those questions, not easy to think of right on the spot.) The reason I didn't get called back, I think, was because the scheduling was not going to work for me. Thought maybe I could work PT position hours around my college schedule, wasn't going to happen. Sounds like employees don't have much say at all into what hours they get because BB&T is such a large company.
Relaxed but professional interview process. Hiring manager was incredibly informative. Expectations of the position seem very clear. I was offered a position but turned it down for another opportunity. Would absolutely recommend BB&T to a fellow job seeker!

Interview
Normal Interview. I enjoyed it. Met with a market leader to answer questions on the culture and what I would do in certain situations. Straight forward and honest interview. Gracious market leader.
Telephone interview about 10 minutes, then in person interview. Was called for second interview about 5 hours after, very laid back second interview with team leader. She was very nice and friendly, asked simple questions
