Applied online, was contacted by email then interviewed in person with hiring manager along with team lead. Both individuals seemed extremely out of touch. They simply read off a standardized interview sheet, didn't really ask any questions, have eye contact, or seem engaged or interested at all...very socially awkward. I remember feeling like I was in the twilight zone the entire time. Nevertheless, I answered all questions then followed up a week and a half later via email. No response, yet application still said 'under consideration'. Allowed another week and a half go by, followed up again and still received no response. Eventually the application switched to 'not selected' however, it was very disrespectful to have not even receive any type of follow up from hiring manager. Takes two seconds to respond to an email and say not selected. Rating as NEGATIVE experience simply because the lack of follow through, not because of not being chosen for position.
