A BB&T recruiter saw my profile from a previous BB&T position I applied for and contacted me about the Production Control Analyst position because she thought I was a great fit. I was puzzled as to why she thought I was a great fit because I lacked most of the requirements. However, I just went along since I was desperate for a better job than my current one and this position was junior-level. We agreed to set up a phone interview about a week later, which consisted of her asking about my educational background, her talking about the job position, and me asking any questions I had for her. The phone call lasted no more than 10 minutes. She ghosted me after I reached out to her twice after the phone call. This is the second time I've been ghosted by this company.
