There were 3 rounds.
1st round with hr.

3rd with head of office.
They ghosted me after the 3rd round which was annoying. I emailed hr 3 times! No answer!

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Tell me how you manage a team.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BBC Studios (New York, NY) in Dec 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me about an open role and asked if I were interested. I went through multiple rounds of interviews quickly & got great feedback only to be completely ghosted after the last round. I emailed twice to check in but have been ignored. A whole month has gone by and nothing.
Obviously people dont get every job they apply for but, if you go through multiple interviews and make it to the last round it’s courtesy to at least let candidates know they didnt get the job. I’ve never been ghosted by a recruiter this late in the process, especially for a job that the HR team recruited me for (I didnt even apply, they asked me to!) and it really reflects on the company. For company as old and prestigious as the BBC I would have expected more professional behavior from it’s HR team. If an opportunity were to a arise again I would think twice about applying, let alone even working there.
