I actually only went through screening, and all seemed positive.
They seemed to ghost me but almost 2 months later the recruiter reached out to apologise for a technical issue in their recruitment system. They explained that they had in fact sent a message to explain an offer had been made to someone else further in the recruitment process (fair enough!)
I know some will see this as a negative, but I don’t. Being thoughtful about candidates says a lot about the company, and means no bridges have been burned.
