The recruitment process and communication were quite slow, especially when it came to arranging interviews and getting updates. I also received a few different versions of the interview format before the actual interview, which made it a bit confusing to prepare properly and manage expectations. On the day, the interview didn’t really follow a clear competency structure, so it was harder than expected to fully explain and structure my experience. Overall, a bit more consistency and clarity around the process would improve the candidate experience.
