Interview
Initially did not get on campus interview with BDO. Was called back to do a regional pathway to success program and interviewed for tax position in program. Interviewer was friendly (we talked very casually and held a pleasant conversation talking about the school we both had attended), and employees/recruiter were very nice. Heard back after several days and accepted spring internship.

Tell me about yourself.
What are some weaknesses that you think you can improve on?
Online hirevue video recording, then you go in for in-person assessment centre where you sit at a table with 5 other applicants and go through a scenario, from there it is a one-on-one interview.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief insgesamt okay. Ich konnte die Fragen beantworten, jedoch wurden teilweise unnötige Fragen gestellt und die Atmosphäre war nicht besonders angenehm. Dadurch wirkte das Gespräch nicht so angenehm.

Weshalb hast du dich entschieden dich entschieden auf diese Stelle zu bewerben
It is quite lenghty. I snoozed off a little bit waiting for my turn as it was a group interview. Honestly, I messed up the interview. The questions were quite common but I think I didn’t prepared enough for the interview (or maybe the waiting time does effect my focus idk ?). I hope I can do better in the future.
