As part of the recruitment process with BDO Khaled & Co. for the Junior Finance Analyst position, I first completed a written assessment that was primarily accounting-focused. This assessment tested my technical knowledge and practical application skills in areas such as financial reporting, analysis, and problem-solving within an accounting framework. It provided me with an opportunity to demonstrate my proficiency in accounting principles and my ability to work through complex numerical tasks efficiently. Following the assessment, I was invited to a technical interview with a partner at BDO. The interview was a dynamic and insightful discussion that delved deeper into my understanding of financial and accounting concepts.

The interview was focused on finance-related work experience, about introduction, internship experience. Overall it was for advisory and tax related role. The questions asked were too technical demanding complete financial knowledge.

Applied to M&A and called me for Audit. My profile is irrelevant to Auditing. Even though they show the HR contacts, they never answer. Most unprofessional firm I have encountered so far.
