Interview
It went well overall - It was a two-staged interview process, online fit, with a manager and a director.
1. The online fit was a typical consulting questions and information request to get to know me and how I will fit within the firm.
2. The interview with the manger went very well as we discussed my background and education.
3. The final interview with the director also went very well as I was a good fit with the firm and was a strong candidate.

3rd round - Online Teams Meeting with manager and director
4th round - In-person meeting with partner and manager
Despites going through all these rounds didn't get feedback or a response from BDO on the result. Extremely disappointing for a consulting firm that works with major businesses.

Angenehmes Gespräch zu Lebenslauf, Motivation und Personal Fit. Gegen Ende kamen fachliche Fragen, die sich um den spezifischen Bewerbungsbereich drehen. Insgesamt sehr angenehme und positive Erfahrung beim Gespräch. Es wurden keine Fallen gestellt
Colloquio con HR e con il team di riferimento. Necessario dimostrare competenza nel settore di riferimento e conoscenza della lingua inglese medio alta. Nel complesso ho trovato il processo di selezione piacevole
