a friend referred me to the project manager and managed to get the interview within a week. Called to postpone the interview and on the day I went early and sat with the project management and team leader. asked how I work in a team and examples of previous team assignments. Asked for solutions for some cases they are facing. Asked if I know anything about the consulting industry and any project management experiences. Gave examples on meeting deadlines, team work, communication skills, maths applications.

Had an initial screening call with someone from HR. Then an initial first round interview. It was very relaxed but their style of asking questions was incompatible with me unfortunately as they asked three questions at once which meant it was tricky to give a sufficient answer for all.

shortlisted candidates are invited to a screening interview hosted by members of the project management team. If successful the candidate would have a final interview with the senior partner. Questions were straightforward , mostly competency based.

Online application and then phone screening about why I was interested in the role, my availability, any pre booked holidays. This followed with a face to face interview. Lack of communication and follow up process by HR was poor.
