Interview
Very comfortable, informal conversation in a meeting room. He started off asking me about my CV, what I had learned from some of my experiences, to talk him through some things I had done. He asked me what my motivation was for choosing my degree and then Financial Services career.Then he moved onto competency questions.

Tell em about a time when you faced a conflict working in a team. What company does not currently act with honesty or integrity? Why Financial Services? What does the job entail? What other compnanies have you applied to?
There was 1 unassessed practice question, followed by 6 questions, it was quite straight forward. You were given around 90 seconds to respond to each question and around 30 seconds to prepare.

8-week process from application to assessment centre stage. Took part in an online interview which consisted of roughly 15 questions. Questions were average to hard and sometimes, it was difficult to understand what they were looking for.
Assessment Centre took place in their London office in March 2017. Marginally missed out on an offer by 1 place sadly. AC was pretty bog-standard, and what you can expect.
