Interview
Informal coffee, followed by an informal lunch were I was asked some process related questions. Finally an informal trip to their Dublin office for a look around.
Very relaxed. I have a working relationship with the company prior to my onboarding with one of the Senior Management team already
Easy and well coordinated. Really give you the BDO full package of what there is to offer. I would recommend looking at all BDO is involved in to sound informed
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BDO (Frankfurt am Main) in May 2025

Gespräch im Format eines Teams Calls: es ging um persönliches Kennenlernen, Jobbeschreibung wurde erläutert, persönlicher Umgang stand im Fokus und was man sich gegenseitig vorstellt, es wurden keine fachlichen Fragen gestellt.

Welche Erfahrung/Grösse Mandate ich bisher als Manager erledigt habe und was in der jeweiligen Team Konstellation dabei meine Aufgaben waren.
Process included two rounds and more focused on technical aspects of the role. It started off with first round with directors followed by final round with partners. Both rounds were around an hour or so.
