This process was clear and concise but not a good fit in terms of professional background and expectations for the job. More customer success managers are actively searched than account manager properly.

How would you handle a tricky situation with a customer ?
A 3 step interview process that included a phone interview, and two zoom calls with potential management. The call lasted on average 30 minutes and was. A low-stress inclusive environment.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and interviewed. I was then asked to come into the office for an in-person interview. I went into the office and first met with the VP of Human Resources and she asked the same question as the phone interview recruiter. I then met with the hiring manager. 3 interviews in all and they pretty much asked the same questions.
