BFI H R Administrator interview questions

First round interview panel took turns asking questions about work experience and scenario based questions Prioritizing task given to complete in 15 mins. Second round interview had an attention to detail task for 15 mins which involved fake filing benefit forms. Interview was based on competency questions and held by two managers Interviews were based on work experience and scenarios rather then personality or interests.
