Interview
Interview process is tough but it is designed to see how you cope under pressure and how you work with other people. Standard pre video/telephone interviews. Process ended with a 2 day long interview with a number of group tasks and individual interviews. The 2 days also involved a networking event on the first evening, which gives you a chance to meet current brokers and previous graduates which allows you to get a better feel for the company.
