Unbelievable , as a 1st step they have a video question where you basicaly talking to a camera bot , and the analysis that I received says:
"At times, others may need more information and more context, so be sure to check for understanding when speaking with others."

Subcontractor through a recruitment company, the recruiter contacted me and organized an interview within a week, got confirmed for the role after another week. then started the job after about 4 weeks
