Interview
I applied, and got a phone screen with the HR manager and an interview with the hiring manager in the same week. The HR manager was nice, the hiring manager seemed like a cool guy but I never heard anything back. He told me to reach out if I didn't hear anything back from him, but it has been almost 2 months so I'm assume they went in another direction. After reaching out and still not getting as much as a denial just seems like a red flag, after the the hiring manager insisted that I reach out if I didnt hear anything.

Interview
I was brought into a house, where the "office" is located. They asked basic questions, which I didn't really even need to brush up on. The "boss" has a condescending attitude that drives such a high turnover rate.

Interview
I was contacted by a Bithgroup internal recruiter who said that a PM wanted to have a phone screen with me. I had the phone screen and I believe it went well. The PM told me to contact the recruiter in about three days, I did. The recruiter said in an email that if there was any news he would let me. Later, I see that the position was taking off of their web site. I tried to call the PM directly and when I did, no one heard of this person. I was told that someone would call me and never did. So are the PMs using fake names or something? Anyhow, I never received any feedback from my phone screen. Just poorly managed hiring process. I'm glad that I learned about this company and how they manage their hiring process. I don't feel that I was respected as one with 15+ years business experience in MIS. This was just down right tacky. I don't feel as if I am loosing out. If this is how they manage their HR process then I don't need to be there.
