Very easy, quick in person interview. Standard customer service questions, more of an overview of the job than an interview. Walked through working with difficult customers and all the position requirements.
Interviewed with manager for about 20 minutes, then with events coordinator. Took a general food, wine and cocktail knowledge test which was reviewed and then was hired on the spot.
