1. Video call with an HR person 2. Take-home programming test 3. Task review with an engineer and HR representative 4. Head of department chat I went through all these stages just to be completely ghosted by the whole HR team. I would have appreciated even an automated rejection email but nothing. Don't waste your time with these people if you are serious about your career.
