A total of 2 rounds of interviews. One was with a recruiter further explaining the role, the second one was with my two bosses during the second interview. The first interview was very straightforward with the recruiter explaining the role in more detail, and asking me why I wanted to work with BMC. Nothing too difficult. The second interview took most of the effort, where I was asked about my understanding of the role, about the time I adapted to the customers' needs, etc. I received a call later that day with the recruiter offering a role.
