Interview
Interviewed with manager first then the recruiter, who couldn't have been any more unpleasant. I think it's usually the other way around unless you know someone. Otherwise it was a week long process but went very fast. Interview was easy and as a senior service representative I was supposed to meet with both the teller manager and the branch manager but the teller manager was on leave.

Interview
First round of interview is with a BMO Harris Human Resource Recruiter, if you pass the first round of interview with HR you will be interviewing a hiring manager second round.

Interview
Not hard at all. Basic interview questions. Wanting to see if you are able to talk to customers, make sales, financial, and counting cash. Really easy going. I would recommend this job to a friend. That is all.
