Interview
Als erstes gibt es einen Online-Test (ein bisschen wie IQ-Tests aufgebaut), bei dem man verschiedene Aufgabentypen lösen muss. Danach wird man zu einem Pre-recorded Video Interview eingeladen. Darauf folgt als letzte Stufe dann das Assessment Center, bei dem man ein Rollenspiel, eine Praesentationsuebung und noch mal einen Onlinetest macht.

Interview
This is the best interviewing experience ever. Although I was not accepted for this position, I received a remarkable experience and feedback to help me develop my weaknesses and remain the strengths :) The recruitment team has offered the BRILLIANT support till the last minute of the assessment center day.

Interview
Carried out over the course of two days, the GLDP hiring process began with an introduction on day one, with a memo of what day two would hold. Being 1 of 3 candidates, we each had 4 different tasks to carry out at different times. These included a presentation with 35 minute prep time, a roleplay scenario with 15 minutes prep time, a digital test and finally a group project.

The scenarios test a range of qualities such as pattern identification, communications skills, public speaking and working under pressure. But also personal qualities such as Empathy and confidence.
