1) Online application form - very straight forward 2) HackerRank - quite challenging, didn't pass all test (70 mins, mix of MC, SQL and LC Medium questions) 3) Assessment Centre - morning consisted of an individual test and a group exercise. Successful applicants were invited to a 30-minute business interview in the afternoon. 4) HR interview - 15 minute interview with a member of the early careers recruitment team 5) Senior business interview - 45 minutes with a senior member of the team. This included some coding using an online editor.
