Interview and selection process is extremely slow. (Porto offices) After the 1st interview, which I thought had went well, the recruiter promised I would receive feedback within a week. I followed up 2 weeks later since I had received no feedback and the recruiter informed me that I would receive about my application feedback shortly. Fast forward to this week, I received the most generic rejection email email from a no-reply email address. For me, as an HR professional it is unacceptable to interview a candidate and never speak to him again or at least offer some constructive feedback. Process is really slow as well, almost 2 months from start to finish. Since this is not the first time I had this poor experience with the company, I will not apply again to any open vacancies.
