The process included online tests, tests on AC and interviews. I enjoyed all of my interview sessions and the interviewers were very nice and friendly. The first interview was mostly to get to know more about you, your interests in global markets etc. Some competency based questions were asked, as well as global news. The second interview was more technical than the first one and talking your thought process through was very crucial.

Very smooth, the people that interviewed were very kind. They asked both behavioral and technical questions but we're quite helpful and you could tell that they didn't want you to feel too much pressure. Overall, good experience and I learned a lot from it.
