Mainly behavioral questions. If passed, you would meet the department head and then HR to discuss the benefits and salary. They want to identify you on whether you are a fit for the team, an individual contributor and a team player depending on the the job you apply. You can easily find the tricks.

Interview
There was 3 interviews, first a phone interview, then with HR then with the hiring manager. There was a case scenario interview with to many questions and you have to give a story and examples for each. just make sure to be confidante and know a little bit about the company.
