I applied through university. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
I received an interview from a resume drop during an on-campus recruiting event. First-round consisted of a 30-miunute skype interview covering my resume and basic skills. Super-day consisted of 4 30-min interviews with more in depth technical questions on the markets and math skills.
Two rounds, second one being in person. Second round had three different interviewers. Overall good process. Generally straight forward questions. If you follow markets closely and are prepared to discuss your interests in them the interviews should go well.
