3 Interviews:
1) 30 min phone call with the team lead, first 5 min talking about my most recent experience and my motivations. Then he went on questions on various topics, like Linux, Networks, Financial Markets and Troubleshooting. None of them were in depth, more of a high level.
2) Video call with the team lead again, same type of questions but more in depth this time, and more focused on troubleshooting and my knowledge of the business. After that, interview with a software engineer, with questions about Linux, FIX protocol and a bit of troubleshooting.
3) Video call with a Senior Prod support engineer with the team lead in the background. Lots of technical questions around Linux, Networking, Automation, Troubleshooting and business knowledge. This was the only challenging interview, but should be fine for anyone with experience.
The process was really quick, it all happened within a week, including the offer. I eventually declined the offer to take another job
