My interview was conducted remotely over the telephone. There were introductions. We went over my background. They asked why I was looking to change jobs and I explained my reasons. Our mutual interest was gauged and then they asked pointed questions.

The interviewer asked for detailed examples of compliance review using AML protocols and report writing. Evidently they did not find my answer compelling.

HR interview, then they allocate you - according to your profile - to a specific role. You will be then interviewed with the managers/leaders if they like your fit. Took 2 months since the first contact.

Era uma entrevista para cargo inicial, mas exigiu conhecimento específico e um estudo prévio das funções, com exame prático. Metade da entrevista feita em inglês. Tudo isso após a gestão de pessoas ter me alocado para esse entrevista, por ter meu perfil e estar de acordo com meu curriculo.
