Very smooth and straight forward. Discussed motivations, why BNP, why GM etc. Done over teams with someone from GM division. Had the opportunity to ask questions about the internship , about GM etc.
Test on computer. A bit of maths and logic test. Also, there’s a verbal assessment. You have limited time.

switch challenge, verbal reasoning, SJT- standard stuff you find on job test prep website to be honest but yeah it was not exactly the same structure I had expected to be honest.
Simple and quick, no issues, manager was very friendly and more conversational. Went through some basic questions to judge competency and my fit within the team which they found perfect.
