Interview
They flew me out for the interview. On the day of, they gave an overview of the company. Afterward, people were split into groups to attend a position overview. Interviews followed and the panel consisted of two employees: one who handwrote their notes, and the other who typed their notes.

Question 1
They asked behavioral questions and sought to learn how you could/would meet the criteria for the position listed in the job description.
Initial Hirevue and an online assessment test. Then there is a 30 minute interview if you do well on the Hirevue. There were no technical questions in the interview, and it was only behavioral questions .

Interview
The interview process started with a HireVue interview after submitting the application. If you pass the HireVue screening, you are invited to an information session where you have to watch an informational video and have your college transcript ready when meeting with the hiring managers.

- How do you deal with someone who has a different preferred communication method?
After submitting application you get sent a online self recorded interview and then if you pass that then you will get invited to a hiring event and second round of interview
