Interview
I applied online and received a call to set up an interview the following week. Interview consisted of general questions. Afterwards, I was offered a tour of the facility and was guided through what would have been my duties if I was selected to fill the position. Overall a favorable experience, despite not getting the job.
Easy interview, behavioral questions only and only one interview. Panel interview. Laid back. No technical questions. Only 30 minutes and received a call from HR a week later that I was offered the job.
The first round is an introductory phone call with a recruiter where you talk about your qualifications and background. The second round, you talk with two managers and they ask you mostly behavioral and scenario-specific questions.
Was relatively laid back, questions were purely behavioral. Tell me about a time, walk me through your resume, etc... Had one phone call screen and then a zoom call "super day."
