Interview
Applied through campus career site and had first interview on campus. Talked details about the program and my resume. Interviewer was nice. Had a case study and behavioral questions which were very standard. Told me I'd hear back in two weeks. Next step was interview on-site with 2 managers, 1 hour each. More technical questions

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BNY (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Resume drop at my University's career fair.
Then had an hour long interview on-campus. Questions were mostly behavioral, I.E. "Tell me about a time when?" and were conducted by an alumnus. The questions were read from a sheet and the interviewer made comments on the sheet. This style of interview made the conversations less natural, as I had to repeat myself or reference a previous answer due to significant overlap in the nature of the questions.
I was then contacted about an onsite interview and flown out to Pittsburgh. I had one behavioral and one technical interview. The technical interview was consisted of solving several very easy CS questions with some feedback from the interviewer.
Had to participate in a HackerRank coding challenge 48 hours after the interview.
Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I was not given a tour of the offices or "sold" a job with BNY Mellon but I left with a positive impression of the company.
