Interview
I had a personal connection with one of the MDs who forwarded my credentials around. I filled out an application via the online portal and was contacted within a week to set up an interview. The interview was in Brooklyn by the VPs of several account teams. It lasts about an hour and a half and I completed 3-4 interviews in the day. I was called with an offer a few weeks later.
Very simple and straight to the point. They were very nice and accommodating. Asked me about my background, and where I went to get into fund accounting. It was a great interview.

It was smooth. Very chill and informal. Good guys looking for personality. Just had to show that you are capable and willing to learn in high paced environment. I was happy with the experience.

The first round was a call interview and the second round was a Zoom interview call. They schedule for the next round. It was a good experience for me because the manager was very good she told me about the company and the whole process. I tried to give my best.
