Interview
I was contacted by HR and was screened for qualifications. I was subsequently contacted by the hiring manager and we discussed the role, its challenges and requirements. Both conversations went well.
Easy interview, behavioral questions only and only one interview. Panel interview. Laid back. No technical questions. Only 30 minutes and received a call from HR a week later that I was offered the job.
The first round is an introductory phone call with a recruiter where you talk about your qualifications and background. The second round, you talk with two managers and they ask you mostly behavioral and scenario-specific questions.
Was relatively laid back, questions were purely behavioral. Tell me about a time, walk me through your resume, etc... Had one phone call screen and then a zoom call "super day."
