Arrived at group assessment there was seven of us myself two ladies and four young girls and this is where problem started male manager only made eye contact with young ladies and more or less ignored myself.We had icebreaker BT overview walk round of building then we were meant to buddy up with BT employee but manager said he had no head sets for us to listen to calls.then finally a group task again manager concentrated on young ladies ignoring my self again.
All in all very poor experience

Pretty easy actually
Applied first. Got told to book a slot for a phone interview. Found out same day if I got through to the next stage which was face to face. Face to face interview was very useful. Two days later found out if I got the job or not.

Interview
Completed an online application and received a decision to move forward within the same day. I was given the chance to book my own slot for a telephone interview which lasted around 30 minutes. At the end of the interview I was moved to stage two of the recruitment process.
