Interview
First stage - Filling out your details i.e. work history, personal details, right to work in the UK, have you been referred for the job role and equality and diversity questions. Does not ask for CV.
Second Stage - If you past the first stage you are then invited to do an online test which consists of personality type questions in the first half and then the second half is all about Best and Worst scenario questions.
Third Stage - If you have passed the online test, you are then invited to book a telephone interview.
After the telphone interview, you get told how long it would take to hear back. Mine was 24 hours (next day).

BT has a three round virtual interview which consists of HR round, Assessment and Ops round It is generally based on communication skills. They will not judge you on process as you have to go through the training program anyway.
