It was very thorough. They ask a lot of questions. They gauge who you are as a person. The person who interviewed me just asked about me. They asked a little about experience but it wasn't a deal breaker if you don't have sales experience.

it was very easy I applied, set up a phone interview and accepted the offer, within four days I was on my way to becoming a top publisher, all in all I had a very positive process and i would do it all again if i had too.
