Interview is a recorded video response to several questions, reviewed by the store manager. No human interaction until I was hired. Standard retail job interview questions with a focus on responsible service of alcohol
Applied online then received an email to participate in an online interview. You have two days to complete the assessment. You get to have a test question so you know what to expect during the interview.

Very simple interview. Asked a few basic questions about how you deal with difficult situations, such as dealing with drunk customers or people without ID. More about getting to know availabilities and expectations.
