Tell me about your career so far. Highlight some achievements. Why Us? General questions The whole process was very confusing, they didn’t know what the role was actually covering. It took ages to get a response and at the end it was very unclear if I wasn’t suitable for the role, of they found someone else more aligned to the role or if they removed the role from the organisation. Have heard the same sentiment from other people who interviewed for other roles. Extremely unprofessional, I can see that the company reviews are a pretty accurate description of the environment.

Initial communication exactly the same as any other company. Phone screen then basic zoom interview followed by another boring basic interview with whoever will be your manager. Terrible culture. Massive staff turnover. Head the advice of every other review about this company. Steer clear.
