First got an HR call, then got invited to the office to have a face-to-face interview. After the on-site interview, I got an offer call and started to talk about the details of the offer. Then things started getting weird. They do not reply to emails, always give you a call to talk about anything, once with 15 minutes' notice, arranged a headquarters meeting, and it turned out to be another interview, but I did not know. During the meeting, the headquarters person never turned on her camera, asked questions that were not related to the role or the product this team is working on, and needed the HR to explain the situation to her, and also shockingly asked a question about my family situation. I asked what this question meant, and she said answer this question based on whatever I understood. The next day, they canceled my offer. This whole horrible experience really alerts anybody who is thinking about joining this company, please be careful!!

I have done first interview with HR responsible. Interview is about to understand qualifications match with position and understand your motivation regarding the position. Interview has been completed within 15-20 minutes.
