Backstage Library Works interview questions

Decent interview— asked the typical questions about my resume and where I would like to see myself in 5 years time. Interviewer was kind and generous and offered a lot of insight into the position.

First, you are required to fill out an application in person and take a "general knowledge" test (spelling, basic grammar, geography, pattern recognition, arithmetic) However, this test is why I rated the interview as neutral, rather than positive. As someone with several years of related experience and a college degree, getting quizzed on the spelling of "professor" and basic geography ("Is Estonia a country or city?") was vaguely insulting. After that, there was a standard Q&A interview with a project manager/HR rep. Last, you are required to take a typing test, color blindness test, and then you're given instructions on saving metadata and some sample scans to process
