I got there for the first interview and they told me to come back another day because they didn't schedule their appointments accordingly. Came back a few days later and the gm wasn't even there to interview me. I had the two interviews by a sketchy manager who seemed very much out of it, and a kitchen manager who seemed to be more knowledgeable.

How do you solve workplace problems and deal with stress?
Very straight forward. Basic questions about past experiences with customer service and ability to juggle many tasks. I didn’t meet with all of the managers, which was a downside because the manager I interviewed with wasn’t necessarily the one I worked with the most.

Calm process that went over what to expect with being a host at Bahama Breeze. Overall there was a lot of information that covered important points about the position. If I had to, I would recommend to a friend that it's a friendly environment to work in and there's always so much opportunity.
