There is an initial phone interview and had another interview with the HR manager. After that, they will schedule you for final interview with the Department Head. Overall, it was a smooth process.

Interview with the President was last leg, with high level discussion on skills, vision and grasp on financial concepts and work ethic. Going into strategic business opportunities will get a candidate on the good graces of the President.
